For those less familiar with blogs, we are going to find the main elements and structure of a blog, and, to do so, we´ll carry out the following tasks:
- Have a look at one or two of these blogs.
- Think which are their main elements and structure; what you think makes a blog what it is.
Blogging seems to have become a highly commercialised venture, moving away from it’s origins.

students can write comments
to reflect on approaches
extract themes
identify other questions
start debates
We could get our students to look at samples and then get them to create their own blog.
They can compare blogs and give some feedback on the language and style.

The use of the blog is to enable the students to determine the content that will be covered.
